Healing is happening every day, every moment, and every second. But often, because we expect it to look a certain way, we think nothing is happening.
The advice I give most often to my clients is to cultivate awareness. This allows you to witness your healing as it naturally unfolds, rather than feeling lost, discouraged, or hopeless when things don’t go the way you expected.
Having a personal practice is essential for staying centered as healing and transformation unfold. It helps you embrace the journey instead of just waiting for the destination.
Over the years, I’ve discovered that the more tools (practices) I have in my “toolbox,” the more at peace I feel with my healing journey. When I’m not feeling my best, I turn to these tools for strength, relief, and the courage to move forward. And when I need extra support, I reach out to friends, family, and my mentors.
Life becomes much more manageable and enjoyable when you have tools and guidance to navigate your challenges.
Reiki was the first healing tool I learned. It’s simple, practical, and a powerful way to support self-transformation. Reiki is not just for professional healers; it’s a self-healing practice that can also benefit others.
