1:00 PM – Welcome & Energy Cleansing: A warm welcome to our sacred circle with a grounding sage cleanse to begin your journey.

1:30 PM – Opening Ceremony: Connect deeply with the elements of nature and set your intentions.

LETTING GO & HEALING THE HEART

2:00 PM – Cacao Ceremony: Open your heart and release what no longer serves you, creating space for healing and expansion.

AWAKENING THE SOUL

3:00 PM – Breathe, Chant & Move into Expansion: Activate your inner light through conscious breath and an uplifting practice.

SOULFUL CONNECTIONS

3:30 PM – Treats & Refreshments: Enjoy vegetarian snacks while connecting with like-minded souls.

EXPANDING YOUR CONSCIOUSNESS

4:00 PM – Conscious Living Workshop: Learn to create a life that flows in harmony with your soul, where everything unfolds naturally and abundantly.

INTEGRATION & RELAXATION

5:00 PM – Sunset Sound Bath: Immerse in healing frequencies to ground and relax your body, mind, and soul as the sun sets.

5:45 PM – Closing Circle: Reflect, share, and celebrate your journey with the circle.
